Full Occupancy at Campden Business Park

The post-Covid office market seems to be picking up with a noticeable return of staff to offices. We have noticed enquires for small to medium sized offices around Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Gloucestershire have increased and none more noticeable than Campden Business Park, at Chipping Campden. We first started acting for the landlord on this estate in 2019 with the letting of five new build industrial units, we are now the sole letting agents for the entire estate. These new units were let quickly through the summer of 2021 but there has always been office availability on the estate with 20 office units; from small two-man rooms up to larger self-contained units. The recent surge of demand has meant all offices are now let along with the balance of the warehouse and industrial units. We even have a waiting list for the small starter offices within Gainsborough House, the managed office building. Speaking to occupiers there is a shift from employers to get staff back into the office albeit on a more flexible work rota with some staff choosing to work from home on certain days. There is also a drive from employees to get out of the spare bedroom and return to a team environment back at the office. The market seems to have found a natural balance now and from a landlords point of view they have a fully occupied income producing business park; long may it continue!
